The apartment is located in a new building in Sofia that won an architectural award; its floor plan was optimal for its size so no changes were needed. The electrical and plumbing were almost completely redone in order to fit the new design.

The apartment’s small square footage did not allow for a dinner table, so we ended up installing a long, moveable countertop in front of the panoramic windows.
This can be used both for eating and as a workspace when the owner needs to work from home.
The lighting is made up of white-colored projector lights on metal rails that can be adjusted to shine light where desired.

The kitchen also has a beige color scheme and consists of cashmere-colored Egger cabinets, while the doors on the cabinets are made of MDF and are painted with color number 9010 according to the RAL system.
All the appliances, included the gas hot-water heater, are located in the kitchen.
bathroom
The bathroom turned out to be very narrow, especially the shower stall, which did not give us a lot of options other than to build it out of microcement.
The colors in the bathroom are warm and earthy, while the details and accessories are made of gold-colored metal.
The ceiling is made of illuminated Barissol panels in order to make the bathroom feel bigger and brighter.

There is a spacious wardrobe in the bedroom as well as a fabric headboard above the bed. We also created a vanity niche with a big mirror located between the terrace door and the large windows.
