“Fresh living in the city centre”
This project is located in the very heart of the city of Sofia, next to beautiful cafés and green areas. Its layout and finishes were completely remodelled. All of its spaces became filled with light and offer a bright view of the National Palace of Culture area and the Vitosha Mountains.

Layout Rakovska
The layout has been completely redesigned according to modern needs and requirements while preserving the charm of the old construction.

Functionality and Clean Aesthetics
The project site is located on an upper floor of a 1960s building on G. S. Rakovski St. with a gorgeous southern exposure. While preserving the feel of the times, it is also close to the National Palace of Culture and many green spaces, and has a sunny view of the Vitosha Mountains.

entrance
The centre of Sofia is known for its restaurants with a unique atmosphere and rich cultural life. The interior design of the apartment reflects this spirit. It aims to offer maximum comfort and a pleasant living space to its occupants that is in sync with the urban environment.

living area
The apartment consists of a spacious open-plan living space with a kitchen/dining area, home office corner, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Before the start of this project, the apartment was a dark maze of corridors and small rooms. With the new project we managed to integrate all of the connecting rooms within the square footage of the actual usable area, while achieving aesthetics and staying within the budget.

dining area
The style is minimalistic, aiming to provide maximum space and all the necessary facilities. We rely on functionality and clean aesthetics.

living area - Functionality and Clean Aesthetics
The protagonist of the interior is beech wood that was preserved and restored as the flooring and playfully integrated into the details of the new custom-made furniture while preserving the lightness of the spaces.

dining area
Designer furniture, with its proven style of timelessness, completes the interior. The choice of materials (marble, metal, wood) and the language of forms reflect our goal of keeping the interior design of this apartment in line with the trends of the day while preserving its relevance over time.

living area
The works of the Bulgarian artists Amenun Geneva and Anna Kancheva add a colorful accent. Most of the lighting fixtures are a joint work of the designers from Cablelovers Studio and arch. Anna Colasante.

master bedroom
The interior design plan features lamps with a modern line and minimalist design that were specifically created to meet the needs of the premises.

The Cablelovers team also takes pride in its innovative lamps with dynamic positioning – a bold experiment that uses new materials and adheres to the concept of functionality and clean aesthetics.
