“From history to modern times”
This project is located in a historic building and highlights the atmosphere of a bygone era, coupled with all the modern amenities of today. The layout and finishes were modified according to contemporary standards with a reverance to classical architecture.

VELEX, apartment
The condo offers three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a living room/dining area, and a kitchenette. The original dark and tangled layout was transformed by removing a wall and reconfigurating the rooms into a seamless flow between living space and bedrooms. A full bathroom was added and the location of the kitchen was changed. The creative team managed to accomplish all of this work while adhering to a conservative budget.

VELEX, apartment
The style is minimalistic and designed to maximize the living space, as well as all of the necessary amenities. Exposed brick coupled with the high ceilings and the preserved original wood flooring are among the elements that give this home a contemporary urban flair.
